Here are packages for my service agreement and bulk hour packages for small business. If you would like a customised package or you are an agency requiring industry rates, please contact me with your requirements.

ALL Service Agreement Clients enjoy a discounted rate of $60 per hour inc GST for adhoc work to be able to billed in 30min blocks (whilst on this agreement) . For further discounted rates down to $40- per hour billable in 15min intervals please consider purchasing bulk hours.

Essentials Package - Quarterly

Covers: Security & Essential Updates & Backups
$48/quarter
  • This is for a service performed based on the calendar quarter.
  • Full backup of your website every quarter.
  • Update WordPress
  • Update all Plugins & Themes
  • Malware Scan and Security Check
  • Backups uploaded to dropbox for archiving.
  • 1 year of valid licenses for themes & key plugins* – See Terms for further info

Essentials Package - Monthly

Small Business Support Package

Graphics, Marketing, VA Assistant Support
$40/per hour (Blocks of hours)
  • 12 hours of services support  at my discounted rate for services of $40- per hour, billed in 15min intervals throughout our agreement period.* (Standard adhoc rate is $60) per hour.
  • Can be billed annually ($480- inc gst annually) or on a monthly billing cycle.
  • Can be used for graphic alterations to your website design, adding blog posts, changing graphics, adding photos. Setting up / Scheduled posts or facebook posts /ads Etc.
  • This package can be added to one of my website maintenance packages to keep your completely covered for all your needs!!
  • This fee can be paid per month but hours can be accumulated to be at any time during the current Agreement Period. Unused hours after the agreement period are expired.

Each package above enjoys a 45min strategy session every 6 months for your “online strategy” moving forward.

ADD ON Services

The following services can be added onto your service packages at a discounted rate. Some of these the discounted fee is spread across the length of your package and some of these will be just invoiced separately. You may purchase these services on the service booking page.  Any questions please just ask 🙂

  • SEO Reporting Monthly / Quarterly includes: Facebook page, visitors to your site, email subscribers, detailed overview of activity on your site including suggestions & Recommendations.
  • Blocks of service hours to be used throughout the year, billed in 15min increments (you wont get this with my standard rates)

Things to note on the above packages*:

  • Essentials Package does not include adding / editing content to your website or graphics.  If you would like me to do this for you please purchase additional hours or  this can be billed at the Service Agreement rate as listed above ($60 per hour).
  • The bulk hours is not intended for “Projects” or tasks that are greater than 4 hours. Bblock hours are generally for bits and bobs that may arise throughout the due course. Projects are quoted on individually as they will need to be allocated a set block of time in the schedule.
  • Licenses: Software updates for themes and plugins come out almost every week! Best practice is to ensure you software is updated regularly to avoid security breaches of your site. Using FREE themes and plugins & not updating your software will leave your website exposed as the software is not supported as new updates come out.  Our backup and maintenance licenses are covering Your site as valid for 1 year as updated under the Service Agreement, thereafter they will expire or must be renewed in order to be upgraded with new software updates as technology changes.
